What we collect
Only the data you send us through the forms: name, phone or WhatsApp, email (when provided), your message and the property you are interested in.
How we use it
To answer your enquiries, schedule visits, assess owners' proposals and, if you signed up for “Exclusive news”, add you to our WhatsApp news group. We do not sell or share your data.
Anonymous statistics
We measure visits anonymously, without tracking cookies and without storing your IP address or browser details. To generate approximate location metrics (country, region and city), we resolve your IP at the time of the visit using a geolocation database and immediately discard the IP, storing only the approximate location. We use a temporary identifier that is deleted when you close the tab, and your chosen currency is saved only in your browser.
Who we share it with
Your data is handled by the La Blanca team and by the infrastructure providers that host the site, under a duty of confidentiality.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as we are assisting you and for the time required to meet legal obligations. Anonymous statistics are deleted after 13 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or leave the news group at any time, through our contact channels.
