How do I book a visit?
On each property page you can send a visit request or message us on WhatsApp. An agent will confirm the day and time with you.
How do I list my property for sale or rent?
Tap “List my property”, leave your name and WhatsApp, and our team will contact you to assess the property and agree on the terms.
Is the payment simulator a loan offer?
No. It is an estimate using the French amortization system with a reference rate. Actual terms depend on the lender.
Do you work with buyers from Brazil and other countries?
Yes. The site is available in Spanish, Portuguese, English and Chinese, and prices can be shown in dollars, guaraníes, reais, euros or Argentine pesos. We guide you on the documents needed in each case.
